| This gown was made for the production Elizabeth in 1998 and has been seen many times since. It appears on two book covers, and in the first - Beware Princess Elizabeth - it is photoshopped blue. However, it is still very clearly the same dress, and likely the photos of the two book covers were taken during the same photoshoot, as the model is also wearing the same necklace, French hood and snood. From there, it was used in The New World and was actually used for a scene in the rain. This probably accounts for the fact that sightings of it after that usage show it in a state of slight disrepair. |
