This gown, made for the 1938 production Marie Antoinette by the designer Adrian looks as if it could have been used again the following year for Ice Follies of 1939 on Joan Crawford, if we were to take into account that the dress had been altered and dyed. However, it appears that the gown is steal in tact for Two Sisters from Boston in 1946, which would mean it is not actually the same gown. However, the two do look remarkably similar.
