This dress is a bit of a chamelion. The fabric is a shot silk, and thus has a shine to it that can make it appear pink, green, and even bown. That doesn't even take into account lighting, which can make it appear rather muddy, or a light and airy color. This gown is also a wonderful example of duplicates being made for filming. Most likely this gown had several duplicates made for filming a fight scene - likely a couple for Natalie, and one for her stunt double, though there is the possibility that there are more. All three dresses have appeared together in A Royal Affair and Casanova.
