This is an interesting find. At first glance it does not appear to be to same gown, but on closer inspection, the three layers of the gown, and the colours match so well, and the cut is essentially the same that it is very likely that this is the same dress. It's been heavily altered - lace has been added to the inside around the edge, and new sleeves have been put on. The overall cut fits differently on Uma Thurman and Elizabeth McGovern as well. |
